I met Heather 4 years ago, through my very dear friend Lise.

Lise had an appointment with Heather that day, she called me, gave me Heather’s address and said, “She is expecting you“. I can remember just following, just putting one foot in front of the other and arriving at Heather’s door.

It was only weeks since my son had died, I was in shock, fragile, broken, confused and raw with pain. Heather took what was left of a broken, lost person and gently began this journey of deep, powerful healing.

Heather has worked with the confusing emotions… with both the mental and physical struggles, and with the deep spiritual injury of my grief journey.

Heather has walked this path with me and beside me. She has opened the door to exploring who I am now, to this new relationship with my son, with life and with Creator.

Now, as my journey continues, I can see that there is a light from within that is beginning to shine again. I am finding moments where I am trusting life again, trusting Creator and this new relationship with Dan. My husband comments, “You are a different person” My son has commented, “You are in a good place now”.
